Cancellation policy
A minimum of 4 days' notice prior to the delivery date is required to cancel a reservation.
These items are nonrefundable.
Any cancellations or changes made to a contract within 4 days of the delivery or customer pick-up date will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Deposits are nonrefundable. However, cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the event are eligible for a non-expiring credit toward future rentals.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event may result in the retention of the full rental amount.

Customer Pick-Ups & Drop-Off
Our business is closed on Sundays. Rentals picked up on Saturdays are required to be returned on the following Monday.
All pick-up orders must meet a minimum rental value of $50.
Pick-ups and returns are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Friday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Delivery Services
All delivery orders must meet a minimum rental value of $500
The base delivery fee is $200 and may increase depending on the distance from our warehouse or the complexity of the delivery.
- The starting fee of $200 covers basic round-trip delivery and pick-up to locations such as a loading dock, garage, or carport.
- Deliveries involving stairs or excessive walking (over 50 feet from the delivery vehicle parking location) will incur additional fees.
- Delivery rates increase as the delivery destination's distance from our warehouse increases.
- If crews experience delays due to access restrictions at the designated time or window, additional waiting fees will apply.
Assembly Services:
Such as tents, stages, and dance floors, include setup and teardown in the rental fee.
Services for tables and chairs are available for an additional fee:
- $2.50 per table
- $1.00 per folding chair
- $1.50 per stacking chair
- Prior arrangements are required for these services and are subject to availability.
