A minimum of 4 days' notice prior to the delivery date is required to cancel a reservation.

These items are nonrefundable.

Any cancellations or changes made to a contract within 4 days of the delivery or customer pick-up date will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Deposits are nonrefundable. However, cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the event are eligible for a non-expiring credit toward future rentals.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the event may result in the retention of the full rental amount.

Our business is closed on Sundays. Rentals picked up on Saturdays are required to be returned on the following Monday.

All pick-up orders must meet a minimum rental value of $50.

Pick-ups and returns are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Friday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

All delivery orders must meet a minimum rental value of $500

The base delivery fee is $200 and may increase depending on the distance from our warehouse or the complexity of the delivery.

• The starting fee of $200 covers basic round-trip delivery and pick-up to locations such as a loading dock, garage, or carport.
• Deliveries involving stairs or excessive walking (over 50 feet from the delivery vehicle parking location) will incur additional fees.
• Delivery rates increase as the delivery destination's distance from our warehouse increases.

• If crews experience delays due to access restrictions at the designated time or window, additional waiting fees will apply.

Such as tents, stages, and dance floors, include setup and teardown in the rental fee.

Services for tables and chairs are available for an additional fee:

• $2.50 per table
• $1.00 per folding chair
• $1.50 per stacking chair
• Prior arrangements are required for these services and are subject to availability.
